Welcome

We're so happy you've chosen Casa Milana Apuseni for your stay.

This cabin is much more than a vacation home to us—it's a place where our own family has created wonderful memories, and we hope it becomes a special place for yours as well.

To help every guest enjoy the same peaceful experience, we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules.

Thank you for treating Casa Milana with the same care and respect you would your own home.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 15:00 – 18:00

Check-out: Before 11:00

If you expect to arrive later than planned, please let us know. Whenever possible, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Maximum Occupancy

Casa Milana comfortably accommodates:

  • Recommended occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children

  • Maximum of 6 guests

Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight unless agreed in advance.

Quiet Hours

To respect our neighbors and the peaceful mountain surroundings, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between: 22:00 – 08:00

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin.

If you wish to smoke outdoors, please use ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Parties & Events

Casa Milana is designed for peaceful family getaways.

Parties, large gatherings, celebrations and events are not permitted, unless agreed in advance.

Visitors

Day visitors are welcome only with prior approval from the Host.

For everyone's comfort and safety, overnight stays are limited to registered guests.

Pets

We love dogs!

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.

To help us keep the cabin comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs:

  • remain under their owner's supervision;

  • are not left alone inside the cabin for extended periods;

  • stay off beds and upholstered furniture;

  • are cleaned up after, both inside and outside the property.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergy considerations.

Children

Families are always welcome at Casa Milana.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly on the terrace, around outdoor areas, and when using the fireplace or barbecue.

Fireplace & BBQ

Please enjoy the fireplace and outdoor barbecue responsibly.

Never leave a fire unattended.

Security

For the safety and security of both our guests and our property, the cabin is equipped with three exterior security cameras monitoring the entrance and outdoor areas.

The cameras are never installed inside the cabin, and no interior spaces are monitored.

Respect Nature

One of the greatest joys of staying at Casa Milana is the beautiful Apuseni Mountains.

Please help us preserve this special place by:

  • respecting local wildlife;

  • disposing of rubbish responsibly;

  • avoiding unnecessary noise outdoors;

  • leaving nature just as you found it.

If Something Breaks

Accidents happen—and that's perfectly okay.

If anything becomes damaged or stops working during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Before You Leave

We don't expect you to clean the cabin from top to bottom.

Before checking out, we'd simply appreciate it if you could:

  • wash any used dishes;

  • dispose of household rubbish in the appropriate bins;

  • please remove all perishable food items from the refrigerator before checking out;

  • switch off lights and electrical appliances;

  • close and lock all windows and doors;

  • leave the cabin in a reasonably tidy condition.

Thank you for helping us care for Casa Milana Apuseni.

Every thoughtful guest helps preserve this little mountain retreat so that many more families can create beautiful memories here.

We hope your stay leaves you feeling rested, inspired, and eager to return someday.

Safe travels, and we look forward to welcoming you back!
